Nov. 13

James Monk, 39, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty unlawful use of weapons and aggravated assault, both class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge and fined $332.

Angel Smith, 43, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to retail theft, a Class 3 felony. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 80 hours of public service, ordered to undergo mental treatment and fined $1,100.

Malik Pitts, 19, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to burglary, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation, ordered to undergo mental treatment and fined $1,247.

Aaron Bodeker, 25, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing to a residence, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to 24 months of conditional discharge and fined $277.

Arion Bulliner, 26, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation and fined $1,287.

Kevin Anderson, 52, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty driving on a revoked or suspended license, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, 12 months conditional discharge and fined $815.

Ryan Armes, 37, of Granite City, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked or suspended license, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation, 6 months of home confinement and fined $1,115.

Megan Berkel, 31, of Herrin, pleaded guilty to using a forged credit card, a Class 4 felony. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation, 100 hours of public service, and fined $900.

Christopher Peterson, 35, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to retail theft, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 100 hours of public service, ordered to undergo mental treatment and fined $1,100.

Donny Ricker, 37, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $1,195.

Arthur Jones, 36, of Marion, pleaded guilty to writing a bad check, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 100 hours of public service, ordered to undergo mental treatment, and fined $1,226.

Shantel Steffens, 39, of Vegennes, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. She was sentenced to 2 months in jail.

James Thurman, 52, of Gorham, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to property, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months of conditional charge and fined $625.

Taylor Baker, 20, of Makanda, pleaded guilty to resisting a peace officer, a Class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation, 100 hours of public service, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol treatment and fined $500.

Hunter Brayfield, 19, of Lynnville, Indiana, pleaded guilty to residential burglary, a Class 1 felony. He was sentenced 18 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol treatment and fined $1,157.

Zachary Smith, 26, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to aggravated domestic battery, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation, ordered to undergo mental treatment and fined $629.

Nov. 20

Kaleb Green, 23, of Ava, pleaded guilty to theft, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and fined $655.

Lester Kyle, 33, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to theft, a Class 3 felony. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 60 days credit for time served, 24 months of probation and ordered to pay restitution of $1,000.

Davis Heinbaugh, 20, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to retail theft, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 50 hours of public service, ordered to undergo mental treatment and ordered to pay restitution of $56.31.

Ashlea Anheuser, 34, of Thompsonville, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $1,600.

Kathleen Jackson Adonai, 49, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to retail theft, a Class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 50 hours of public service and ordered to undergo mental treatment.

Nov. 22

Kyle Carcione, 30, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to burglary, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
