Jackson County court case dispositions

11/20: Lester Kyle, 33, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to theft, a Class 3 felony. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 60 days credit for time served, 24 months of probation and ordered to pay restitution of $1,000.

11/21: Davis Heinbaugh, 20, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to retail theft, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 50 hours of public service, ordered to undergo mental treatment and ordered to pay restitution of $56.31.

Ashlea Anheuser, 34, of Thompsonville, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $1,600.

Kathleen Jackson Adonai, 49, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to retail theft, a Class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 50 hours of public service and ordered to undergo mental treatment.

11/22: Kyle Carcione, 30, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to burglary, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

11/30: Joshua Smith, 38, of Cobden, was found guilty of burglary, a Class 3 felony. He was sentenced to three years in prison.

Fred Thompson, 42, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to burglary, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 74 days credit for time served, 30 months probation, and ordered to undergo alcohol treatment.

Dominique Smith, 21, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to robbery, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 140 days in jail, 24 months of probation and fined $1,100.

Travis Gordon, 36, of Percy, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a Class C misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and fined $200.

12/01: Rasheed Casler, 34, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison with 45 days credit for time served.

12/04: Ramiro Ambrocio, 22, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor on Nov. 19, 2015. He was sentenced to 12 months probation, ordered to undergo drug, alcohol and medical treatment. On Oct. 12, 2016, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 12 additional months of probation, and ordered to undergo drug, alcohol and medical treatment. On Dec. 4, his probation was revoked again and he was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 19 days credit for time served and six months conditional discharge.

Ashley Kaminski, 23, of Marion, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class A misdemeanor on June, 9, 2016. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 30 hours of public service, ordered to undergo drug treatment. On Dec. 4, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 12 months probation.

Michael Holt, 22, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 24 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $1,700.

Shane Ingram, 40, of White Hall, pleaded guilty criminal damage to property, a Class 4 felony and leaving the scene, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, ordered to undergo alcohol, drug and mental treatment and fined $5,205.

Dennis Doty, 49, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months of conditional discharge and fined $315.

Melik Shaw, 22, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $830.

Frankie Robertson, 46, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing, a Class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 6 months of probation, and ordered to undergo drug and alcohol treatment.

12/05: Cody Riley, 26, of Muddy, pleaded guilty to battery, a Class A misdemeanor on Feb. 27. He was sentenced to 18 months probation and fined $2,434. On Dec. 5, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 24 months probation.

Bryson Knobeloch, 20, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to theft, a Class A misdemeanor on March 16. He was sentenced 120 days in jail with 22 days credit for time served and 18 months conditional discharge. On Dec. 5, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 44 days credit for time served, and 24 months of conditional discharge.

Adam Duncan, 25, of Herrin, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony and possession of hypodermic syringes and needles, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months probation and fined $735.

Christine Pencook, 38, of Creal Springs, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing to a vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months of conditional discharge and fined $1,188.

Izaiah McKissic, 19, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and resisting a peace officer, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 5 days credit for time served, 24 months public service, 50 hours of public service, ordered to undergo drug, alcohol and mental treatment and fined $1,445.

Kendra Broadway, 20, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to methamphetamine precursor, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $2,315.

Laura Sims, 52, of Marion, pleaded guilty to retail theft, a Class 3 felony. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 17 days credit for time served, and 24 months probation.

12/06: Horatio Watson, 34, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to resisting a peace officer, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and fined $850.

Robert Little, 55, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing to land, a Class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months of conditional discharge and fined $177.

Gabriel Claussen, 26, of Conroe, Texas, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $680.

Shawn George, 25, of Alto Pass, pleaded guilty to resisting a peace officer, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol treatment and fined $487.

12/07: Elias Jackson, 22, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $710.

Jason Browder, 40, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to violating sex offender registry, a Class 3 felony. He was sentenced to 30 months of probation and fined $2,960.

Elias Jackson, 22, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 50 days in home confinement, 18 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $1,750.

Jenson Quinn, 38, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail, with 2 days of credit for time served, 24 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $1,740.

Christopher Scholz, 24, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of weapons, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months of probation and fined $378.

Adam Sparling, 25, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license, both Class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 12 months of conditional discharge and fined $498.

Terrill Travis, 33, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to forgery, a Class 3 felony. He was sentenced to 100 hours of public service and fined $1,645.

Braxton Termini, 23, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to reckless conduct, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation, 100 hours of public service and fined $1,315.

12/11: Adam Kleine, 45, of Carmi, pleaded guilty to forgery, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol treatment and fined $1,100.

12/12: Marion Smith, 37, of Carbondale, possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and fined $4,825.

Selena Diaz, 22, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class 2 felony. She was sentenced to 18 months of conditional discharge and fined $2,000.

Christina Holcomb, 38, of Marion, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, a Class 4 felony. She was sentenced to 18 months of probation, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $1,140.

Jasmine Bridges, 49, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to retail theft, a Class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation, 100 hours of public service, ordered to undergo mental treatment and fined $1005.54.

Talonda Hampton, 43, of Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty to theft, a Class 4 felony. She was sentenced to 100 days in jail, with 22 days of credit for time served, and 12 months of conditional discharge and fined $277.

Allees Connell, 29, of Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to obstructing identification, a Class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 24 hours of probation, 100 hours public service, and undergo mental treatment.

Daryl Hawkins, 47, of Carbondale, pleaded guilty to aggravated domestic battery, a Class 2 felony. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 15 days credit for time served, 24 months of probation and fined $1,385.
