MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS

Dec. 12

Jasmine Bridges, 19, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. She was given credit for one day served and sentenced to 24 months probation and 100 hours public service. She was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

Allees L. Connell, 29, of Carbondale was charged with obstructing identification. She was given credit for 17 days served and sentenced to 24 months probation and 100 hours public service. She was ordered to attend treatment.

Dec. 14

Fowzy A. Alodwany, 41, of Carbondale was charged with battery. He was fined.

Dec. 15

Elissia M. Kimball, 32, of Murphysboro was charged with resisting a peace officer. She was given credit for 15 days served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

Kimberly L. Wakefield, 57, was charged with criminal trespass. She was given credit for 21 days served and sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge.

James Hadley, 33, of Carbondale was charged with criminal trespass. He was given credit for 12 days served and sentenced to 60 days in jail and 24 months conditional discharge. He was fined.

Christina L. Holcomb, 38, of Marion was charged with domestic battery. She was given credit for four days served and sentenced to 18 months probation. She was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

Talonda L. Hampton, 43, of Mt. Vernon was charged with theft. She was given credit for 22 days served and sentenced to 100 days in jail and 12 months conditional discharge.

Daryl S. Hawkins, 47, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated domestic battery. He was given credit for 15 days served and sentenced to 60 days in jail and 24 months probation. He was fined.
