MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS

Dec. 12

• Jasmine Bridges, 19, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. She was given credit for one day served and sentenced to 24 months probation and 100 hours public service. She was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

• Allees L. Connell, 29, of Carbondale was charged with obstructing identification. She was given credit for 17 days served and sentenced to 24 months probation and 100 hours public service. She was ordered to attend treatment.

Dec. 14

• Fowzy A. Alodwany, 41, of Carbondale was charged with battery. He was fined.

Dec. 15

• Elissia M. Kimball, 32, of Murphysboro was charged with resisting a peace officer. She was given credit for 15 days served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

• Kimberly L. Wakefield, 57, was charged with criminal trespass. She was given credit for 21 days served and sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge.

• James Hadley, 33, of Carbondale was charged with criminal trespass. He was given credit for 12 days served and sentenced to 60 days in jail and 24 months conditional discharge. He was fined.

• Lakesha C. Ross, 19, of Murphysboro was charged with resisting a peace officer. She was fined and sentenced 12 months conditional discharge.

• Ebonie S. Rowe, 31, of Carbondale was charged with disorderly conduct. She was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

Dec. 18

• Kimberly K. Whyde, 49, of De Soto was charged with theft. She was given credit for five days served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge. She was ordered to pay restitution.

• Khilan T. Vaughn, 19, of Murphysboro was charged with theft. He was given credit for 54 days served and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

• Ethan R. Isom, 20, of Marion was charged with battery. He was given credit for four days served and sentenced to 18 months supervision. He was fined and ordered to pay restitution.

• Tianna N. Gulley, 21, of Harrisburg was charged with retail theft. She was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge. She was ordered to pay restitution.

• Caroline J. Gurley, 62, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. She was fined and sentenced to 24 months probation. She was ordered to pay restitution and attend treatment.

• Victor J. Francois, 21, of Carbondale was charged with theft. He was fined and sentenced to 24 months supervision.

• Christina R. LeForge, 34, of De Soto was charged with resisting a peace officer. She was sentenced to two days in jail and 12 months conditional discharge. She was fined.

• Jacquelyn Clardy, 20, of Simpson was charged with battery. She was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision.

• Joshua A. Astorian, 28, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

•Selena Diaz, 22, of Carbondale was charged with possession of a meth precursor. She was fined and sentenced to 18 months conditional discharge.

•Christina L. Holcomb, 38, of Marion was charged with domestic battery. She was given credit for four days served and sentenced to 18 months probation. She was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

• Talonda L. Hampton, 43, of Mt. Vernon was charged with theft. She was given credit for 22 days served and sentenced to 100 days in jail and 12 months conditional discharge.

• Daryl S. Hawkins, 47, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated domestic battery. He was given credit for 15 days served and sentenced to 60 days in jail and 24 months probation. He was fined.

Dec. 18

• Jonathan S. Cruse, 32, of Murphysboro was charged with aggravated battery in a public place. He was given credit for 224 days served and sentenced to 30 months probation.

• Dennis E. Jones Sr., 48, of Mound City was charged with aggravated battery in a public place and threatening a public official. He was given credit for 80 days served and sentenced to 30 months probation. He was fined.

• Joshua M. Hewlett, 27, of Johnston City was charged with burglary. He was given credit for 75 days served and sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections.

Dec. 19

• Bryan S. Boyd, 24, of Murphysboro was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for 22 days served and sentenced to 24 months probation. He was ordered to pay costs and attend treatment.

• Travis J. Winters, 41, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of a weapon/tool in a penal institution and threatening a public official. He was given credit for 383 days served and sentenced to nine years in the Department of Corrections.
