MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS

Dec. 19

• Eric J. Wilder, 24, of Carbondale was charged with manufacture/delivery of 2.5 to 10 grams of cannabis. He was given credit for two days served and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was fined.

• Julianna Brown, 28, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was given credit for 20 days served and sentenced to 12 months probation. She was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS

Dec. 19

• Debra A. Edling, 64, of Carbondale was charged with disorderly conduct. She was given credit for 23 days served and sentenced to 24 months probation and 20 hours public service. She was ordered to attend treatment.

• Marissa Porter-Lilly, 40, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. She was given credit for 24 days served and sentenced to 24 months probation and 50 hours public service. She was fined.

Dec. 20

• Brian C. Beavers, 46, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse. He was given credit for 421 days served and sentenced to 48 months probation. He was fined.

• Tremayne T. King, 19, of Carbondale was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun. He was given credit for 142 days served and sentenced to one year in the Department of Corrections.

• Cody A. Falaster, 21, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine. He was given credit for 25 days served and sentenced to 18 months special-condition probation. He was ordered to attend treatment.

Jan. 2

• Michael K. Wallace, 40, of Springfield was charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. He was given credit for 91 days served and sentenced to 18 months conditional discharge. He was fined.

Jan. 4

• Valvenno Kendrick, 59, of Carbondale was charged with domestic battery. He was sentenced to nine months probation. He was ordered to pay costs and attend treatment.

• Antone Rayford, 37, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated battery in a public place. He was given credit for 100 days served and sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections.

• Jesse L. Roberts, 29, of Murphysboro was charged with theft. He was fined and sentenced to 24 months probation and 100 hours public service. He was ordered to attend treatment.

• Lorna G. Zettler, 47, of Tamaroa was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. She was ordered to attend treatment.

• Shanaree M. Muzinich, 37, of Makanda was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. She was ordered to attend treatment.

• Shawna L. Peterman, 27, of Springfield was fined and sentenced to 12 months probation. She was ordered to attend treatment.

• Corey R. Jones, 28, of Du Quoin was fined and sentenced to 90 days in jail and 24 months probation. He was ordered to attend treatment.

• Victor A. Paneda, 28, of Cobden was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to attend treatment.
