The following information was obtained from the Jackson County sheriff's office. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Misdemeanor dispositions

April 4

• Bradley D. Phoenix, 37, of Ava was charged with fleeing/attempting to elude an officer. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

April 11

• Antwon Brown, 29, of Marion was charged with theft. He was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

April 13

• Joshua S. Seaward, 33, of Du Quoin was charged with criminal damage to property. He was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay restitution.

• Judy A. Johns, 42, of Carbondale was charged with criminal trespass to state land. She was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

• Melissa M. Zamora, 37, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

• Jonquel M. Gaston, 20, of Carbondale was charged with criminal trespass to land. He was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

• Emmanuel Amegatcher, 20, of Romeoville was charged with criminal damage to property. He was fined and sentenced to six months supervision.

April 17

• Dustin M. Hill, 25, of Carbondale was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision.

Felony dispositions

April 4

• Kayley B. Wilson, 29, of West Frankfort was charged with unlawful purchase of a firearm. She was fined and sentenced to 24 months probation.

April 11

• Dominique J. Smith, 21, of Carbondale was charged with robbery. He was given credit for 167 days served and sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections.

DUI dispositions

March 27

• Dawson W. Conner, 20, of Percy was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to attend treatment.

• Zachary C. Evans, 23, of Murphysboro was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to attend treatment.

April 2

• Bobbie J. Headrick, 29, of Marion was given credit for 14 days served and ordered to pay costs.

• William H. Wyatt, 31, of Murphysboro was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay costs.

April 4

• Lativia C. Franklin, 23, of Carbondale was fined and sentenced to 18 months probation. She was ordered to attend treatment.
