MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS

May 30

• Timothy M. Hartwick, 38, of Carbondale was charged with theft. He was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

• Cora Beard, 20, of Carbondale was charged with battery. She was given credit for five days served and sentenced to 12 months supervision. She was fined.

• Tatayana M. Taylor, 19, of Murphysboro was charged with two counts of domestic battery. She was given credit for two days served and sentenced to 18 months supervision. She was fined.

June 4

• Darren H. Beard, 29, of Murphysboro was charged with criminal trespass to land. He was fined and sentenced to six months supervision.

June 11

• Adrian J. Naquin, 37, of Marion was charged with disorderly conduct. He was fined.

• Michelle A. Thompson, 34, of Herrin was charged with retail theft. She was fined and sentenced to six months supervision.

• Jacob L. Shepherd, 43, of Carbondale was charged with criminal trespass to residence. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was ordered to attend treatment.

• Demetrius McGee, 21, of Olive Branch was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for 16 days served and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was fined.

June 12

• Brian K. Adams, 37, of Carbondale was charged with criminal damage to property. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

• Thomas R. Lyons, 44, of Chester was charged with battery. He was given credit for one day served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge. He was fined.

• Aleczander C. Cahill, 21, of Carbondale was charged with disorderly conduct. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

June 13

• Stanley D. Schauf, 29, of Carbondale was charged with battery. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision.

• Daniel K. Tolbert, 36, of Marion was charged with retail theft. He was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

• Rickie R. Jackson, 53, of Carbondale was charged with theft. He was given credit for three days served and sentenced to six months conditional discharge. He was fined and ordered to pay restitution.

• Demarcus M. Clayton, 22, of Murphysboro was charged with criminal damage to property. He was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

• Victor C. Thompson, 26, of Matteson was charged with criminal damage to property. He was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

• George D. Travis, 54, of Carbondale was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for 14 days served and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was fined.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS

May 29

• Brian J. Radley, 39, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was given credit for 98 days served and sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections. He also was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for 114 days served and sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections.

• Terrill A. Walker, 40, of Carbondale was charged with two counts of felony possession use of a weapon. He was given credit for 368 days served and sentenced to eight years in the Department of Corrections.

May 31

• Mack T. Anderson, 41, of Carbondale was charged with criminal damage to property. He was fined.

June 4

• Keith A. Ticer, 30, of Grand Tower was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. He was given credit for 146 days served and sentenced to 18 months in the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs.

June 5

• Jody L. Pullen Jr., 26, of Carbondale was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for 17 days served and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was fined.

June 11

• Jesika N. Butler, 26, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of less than 5 grams of meth and retail theft. She was given credit for 81 days served and sentenced to 24 months probation. She was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

• Steven D. Sowell, 28, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of 5 to 15 grams of meth. He was given credit for 83 days served and sentenced to 48 months probation. He was fined and ordered to attend treatment.
