The following information was obtained from the Jackson County courthouse.

MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS

April 23

Cherita Y. Norris, 24, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. She was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision.

April 24

Nina M. Jacobs, 39, of Murphysboro was charged with criminal trespass to a residence. She was given credit for 19 days served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge. She was ordered to pay restitution.

Devon R. Jackson, 19, of Carbondale was charged with battery. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

Aaron Fisher, 26, of Carbondale was charged with theft. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

April 30

James Blue, 34, of Murphysboro was charged with domestic battery. He was fined and sentenced to six months probation.

May 1

LaMarcus L. Spillers, 22, of Carbondale was charged with reckless driving. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

Josephina Johnson, 21, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. She was fined and sentenced to six months supervision.

May 2

Kenneth S. Fisher, 37, of Cambria was charged with retail theft. He was fined and sentenced to six months conditional discharge.

Tony E. White, 29, of Carbondale was charged with resisting a peace officer. He was given credit for two days served and sentenced to six months conditional discharge. He was fined.

FELONY DISPOSITIONS

April 23

Shaun A. Woody, 38, of Elkville was charged with aggravated battery/use of a deadly weapon. He was fined and sentenced to six months probation.

Jason J. Seaton, 38, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated DUI. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 12 months conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay costs.

Steven C. Tinsley, 61, of Golconda was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 12 months conditional discharge.

April 24

Jammoreo Jones, 36, of Carbondale was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for one day served and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was fined.

DeWayne M. Perrian, 26, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence and resisting an officer. He was given credit for 54 days served and sentenced to 120 days in jail and 12 months probation. He was ordered to attend treatment.

May 1

William Tausinger, 39, of Ticonderoga, N.Y., was charged with aggravated domestic battery, He was given credit for 21 days served and sentenced to 60 days in jail and 24 months probation. He was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

Terry L. Warbritton, 23, of Ava was charged with theft. He was given credit for 15 days served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

May 2

Cory J. Camden, 30, of Murphysboro was charged with burglary. He was sentenced to conditional discharge. He also was charged with residential burglary. He was given credit for 105 days served and sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs.

John D. Cox, 51, of Carbondale was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was given credit for seven days served and sentenced to 24 months probation. He was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

DUI DISPOSITIONS

April 30

Aaron Kline, 24, of Carbondale was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to attend treatment.

May 1

Dexter M. Lee, 29, of Carbondale was fined and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was ordered to attend treatment.

Chris P. Edwards, 29, of Carbondale was fined and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was ordered to attend treatment.

David W. Reed, 58, of Murphysboro was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to attend treatment.

Jared D. Dillman, 23, of Carbondale was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to attend treatment.
