BOYS PREP BASKETBALL: Friday Games, Saturday Showcase will be played
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Both Perry County Boys Basketball teams will play River-to-River Conference games as scheduled Friday night-Du Quoin hosts Chester and Pinckneyville visits Nashville.
Nashville officials remind game-goers that parking will be less than normal due to the ice and snow storms.
Some longer walks from parking spaces to the Nashville gymnasium should be expected.
It is also "Pack the Pantries Night" in Nashville with fans encouraged to bring an item of canned food to donate.
At Du Quoin, Athletic Director John Campbell indicated that the main parking lot-and spots around Anders Gymnasium-should be cleared and available for normal access.
Pinckneyville 2nd "Panther Basketball Showcase" will also be played as scheduled throughout the day and evening Saturday in Thomas Gymnasium.
Varsity action begins at 2 o'clock.
Junior varsity games tip-off at 11 a.m. in St. Bruno's Parrish Hall.
