First Bank opens temporary mobile banking unit in Chester

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ First Bank opened a temporary mobile banking unit on Tuesday, February 17 next to the location of the bank's 600 State Street office. The 600 State Street branch has been temporarily closed because of recent winter storm damage to the roof.

Existing drive through lanes at the closed First Bank Chester office will reopen. In addition, customers are invited to use First Bank's mobile banking unit lobby.

First Bank's mobile banking unit hours will be normal business hours: 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays. Drive through/walk up window hours will also be normal business hours: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays.

First Bank customers are invited to use the bank's second Chester office on 2231 State St. or the nearby First Bank office in Red Bud, 1411 S. Main St.

First Bank's second Chester office lobby and drive-up hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays, and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. These are temporary, extended hours only until Monday, February 23, when this location returns to its regular business hours of 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

First Bank's Red Bud office is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays, and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Drive-up hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays, and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
