Both are charged with Burglary of Jean's Lounge in Baldwin, Illinois, Attempted Burglary of Brady's Tailhook in Baldwin, Illinois and Burglary of Pistol City in Coulterville, Illinois.

During the early morning hours of 02/12/209, Sheriff Frederking reports that Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to an alarm call at Brady's Tailhook Tavern in Baldwin, Illinois. Deputies arrived and saw two suspects hiding near the tavern. After a brief foot pursuit, Deputies caught a suspect, Jason Cummins who was attempting to break into the tavern. Deputies searched the area and a second suspect was caught nearby. Information from one of the suspects and items recovered lead Deputies to discover that Jean's Lounge in Baldwin had also been burglarized and money was taken. Items taken from Jean's Lounge were later recovered from the suspect's car that was seized by Deputies. Deputies also recovered burglary tools and other items. The method the burglars used in the Baldwin Burglaries matched other Burglaries that had occurred in Randolph and surrounding counties. The Investigation led Sheriff's Deputies and Sheriff's Detectives to the suspects burglarizing Pistol City in Coulterville on 02/10/2009.

The Investigation also led to the two brothers being suspected of committing burglaries in Randolph, Washington, Clinton, St. Clair and Monroe Counties in Illinois. At least thirty burglaries are suspected of being committed by the brothers in the five Illinois Counties.

The Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Baldwin Police Department, Coulterville Police Department, and the Freeburg Police Department. The Investigation continues. Anyone with information can contact Randolph County Sheriff's Detective Donnie Krull at (618) 826-5484 Ext. 105.
