Save the Randolph County Relay for Life Survivor's Dinner date
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Randolph County Relay for Life Survivor's Dinner is slated for Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church in Sparta. The main entrée will be Chicken and Dumplings. All cancer survivors and a guest are invited. R.S.V.P. to Jill Falkenhein at 618-317-2687 or at jillnctmb@yahoo.com by February 25, 2009. If you have any special dietary needs, let Jill know when you R.S.V.P. Plan to come because this dinner is to celebrate the lives of Randolph County cancer survivors.
Also, don't forget, the Randolph County Relay for Life Committee and Teams are gearing up for the Relay to be held May 29th and 30th from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM at a NEW venue: the Sparta Airport facility. At the new venue, there will be a pavilion set up for concessions, a stage will host entertainment and announcements, camp sites will be located in the surrounding grassy area.

--March 22nd - Sparkling Spartils are hosting their annual Lasagna Dinner at the Sparta Eagles from 11:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
--April 6th - planning meeting for the committee @ 6 PM and team captains 6:45 PM at the Sparta Community Hospital Auxiliary Building
--May 4th - planning meeting for the committee @ 6 PM and team captains 6:45 PM at the Sparta Community Hospital Auxiliary Building
--May 29th - 30th - Relay for Life Event from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM @ Sparta Airport.
