</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Du Quoin Middle School swept to the championship of the Massac County volleyball Invitational Saturday with a perfect 5-0 record.

DMS defeated Jonesboro, Goreville and Lick Creek in pool play before beating Massac and Eldorado in the championship rounds.

With one match remaining, the defending Class L state champ Lady Warriors are 25-5-1.
