Brothers Charged in Same Sexual Assault

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ Washington County authorities are taking jurisdiction of a criminal case against a Radom man accused of having sexual contact with a child. His brother is charged with the same thing.

Corey W. Reichman, 21, was arrested August 11, 2008 and successfully got the Jefferson County case dismissed because the incident on which charges were based reportedly occurred in Washington County.

Reichman is now charged in Nashville, Ill. with two counts aggravated criminal sexual assault against a girl under the age of nine.

Reichman's brother, 22-year-old Christopher Reichman of Woodlawn, remains charged in Jefferson County with alleged six offenses involving the same child. He seeks dismissal of charges based on his being under the age of 17 at the time of the offense. A hearing has been scheduled for April 30.
