Buena Vista?offers interest free loans

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Buena Vista National Bank President, Allen Kaisor, announced that the bank has established what will be known as the River City "Pride Fund". The fund has been set up by the bank to promote the renovation, improvement, and appearance of commercial buildings in conjunction with the River City Main Street Program, a Chester Chamber of Commerce project.

The Main Street project was initiated by the Chester Chamber of Commerce to improve the appearance of some of the commercial buildings along the main business sections of Chester.

Buena Vista's "Pride" Fund contains $100,000 to be loaned to credit-worthy business owners for the renovation and improvement of the outside appearance of their buildings. Loans may be up to $5000 per owner and must be repaid within 24 months. The best news is that the loans from the bank are interest free. They carry a zero interest rate.
