Farmyard Follies

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Coordinators for the FFA Farmyard Follies Scott Page from Benton and Bill Kittinger from Elverado with Caroline Bremer state vice president from Vienna Southern District # 5. According to Scott Page Farmyard Follies has gotten bigger. This year 26 schools participated (around 500 students in attendance) This is the 15th year. Sponsors provide money and plaques for the top 6 schools with the most points. Sponsors include Maschoff Inc., Vergennes Equipment, Pitchford Elevator Co., Mathis & Sons Inc., Suchomski Farm Equipment, Riechman Bros. LLC Lawn and Farm,Southern FS Inc., and C Bar Land Co. Contests included back seat driving, bale toss, tug of war, bale stacking, shovel race, water balloon toss, bat race and tarp folding.The Marissa FFA is pictured during the tug of war competition.
