Fire Heavily Damages Du Quoin Home

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Du Quoin firemen were called to 516 North Division Street at 3:16 p.m. Friday on a report of a fire in front of the home. When firemen arrived, the front of the home occupied by Chris Stanley was engulfed in flames. Firemen say the cause is accidental, but have not pinpointed the origin. The house is owned by Joe Davis of Du Quoin. A cat perished in the fire. The heat damaged vinyl siding on the Craig home to the north.
