Cross Country: Panthers tune-up for regionals

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Pinckneyville Community High School's Cross Country teams were solid in Monday's final tune-up for regional competition.

The Panther boys placed third in the Class A final team standings at the Benton Invitational with the girls ending up second.

Pinckneyville had no top ten finishers in the individual races.

The regional will be Saturday at the Randolph County State Recreation Area. Chester will be the host. 10 schools have entered teams and/or individuals in each of the boys and girls races.
