"Meet the Panthers, Season Ticket Sale Friday Night

The 2009 "Meet the Panthers" Night in Thomas Gymnasium is set for Friday, Nov. 20 at 5 p.m.

Season tickets for Pinckneyville Community High School Basketball will go on sale at that time. The costs are $65 (chair seats) and $55 (bleacher seats).

The scrimmage schedule will be as follows:

Girls freshmen vs. girls sophomores, 5:00

Girls junior varsity vs. varsity, 5:30

Boys freshmen vs. boys sophomores, 6:00

Boys junior varsity vs. varsity, 6:30.

Team photos will also be taken, starting with the boys sophomores, juniors and seniors at 2:15.

Girls basketball (2:45), cheer squad (3:15) and wrestling team (3:15) photos are also scheduled Friday.

DU QUOIN INFORMATION

Du Quoin High School Athletic Director John Campbell reported Wednesday that season ticket renewal forms have been placed in the mail.

Monday, Nov. 23, from 4-7 p.m. seats can be purchased from Campbell's office- which is located just inside the lobby of Anders Memorial Gym.

Du Quoin's Athletic Boosters have also scheduled the 2009 Fall Sports Banquet Monday, Dec. 7 at 6:30.

Activities will be held in Hibbs Auditorium at DHS.
