PCHS, 1-2 in the round robin affair, is 16-7 and idle until Tuesday's trip to Nashville.
"It was nice to get back into an up and down game and getting shots to basket and to the rim when they closed out too deep," Lady Panthers coach Alan Engelhardt said. "We did a great job of sharing the ball and spreading out our scoring."
Four PCHS players scored seven points or more with Taylor Cicardi's giant 22-point, 10 rebound effort leading the way.
Maddy Keith returned to the line-up and scored 11 points with Dani Jenkel and Cheyenne Conner each netting seven.
Emily Miller was limited to four points but added four assists and 10 more rebounds as PCHS gradually pulled away from a 27-23 halftime lead.
"I was happy with our willingness to listen and make some halftime adjustments," said Engelhardt. "We had to get the ball into the post more. "We just have to continue to run and continue to play with intensity to keep the good things happening."
Also Thursday, Elverado (5-17) lost at home against Steeleville.
The final score was 42-29. Courtney Morse had eight points for the Lady Falcons.
