Helen Sterling Kimbro

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Helen Sterling Kimbro, 94, of Du Quoin, passed away at 3:32 a.m., Friday, April 16, 2010 at the Fairview Nursing Center in Du Quoin.

Helen worked in the office at the Du Quoin Packing House from 1935 to 1980. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Du Quoin.

She was born May 30, 1915 at Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Rob Roy and Alma (Tate) Kimbro.

She is survived by her sister-in-law - Elvera Kimbro and three nephews - Bruce Kimbro, Brian Kimbro and Rob French.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother - Wally Kimbro, and one sister - Robilee French.

Private family services were held at a later date.

Burial was in the Crawford Campground Cemetery at Ridgeway, Ill.
