CHS Football Staff to host 2nd Annual Junior Jacket Football Camp
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Coach Bryan Lee and the Chester High School Football Staff are proud to announce the 2nd Annual Junior Jacket Football Camp Wednesday through Friday, June 9-11.
The camp is designed to give all football players an opportunity to learn individual position skills, football terminology and participate in flag football games. Campers will be coached by the Yellow Jackets Football Staff and CHS Yellow Jackets Football players.
Activities will also include an agility and flexibility segment, an offense and defensive segment along with special teams training and of course, the ever popular flag football competitions among campers. Each camper will receive a Junior Jacket Football Camp T-Shirt on the final day of camp.
Camp is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. each day June 9-11 and it will take lace on the CHS Practice Field and on W.O. Smith Field where the Yellow Jackets play. Camp is designed for campers in Kindergarten through 8th Grade.
Campers are expected to wear t-shirts and shorts each day. Cleats will not be required. Each camper should bring tennis shoes in case the weather is bad and camp instruction is moved inside for the session.
The fee for all three days of camp is $35.00. Coach Lee notes, however, that he does not want to keep any interested camper from attending due to a lack of the camp fee. Alternative arrangements can be made for a camper who cannot afford the $35.00 fee.
Coaches are very interested in knowing how many campers are interested in attending the 2010 camp so that planning can proceed. Please e-mail Coach Lee at bryanlee@yahoo.com as soon as possible to find out more information or to express your interest in attending the Junior Jacket Camp.
