Miss Perry County, Jr. Miss Crowned

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Miss Perry County 2010 Jenna Doerr and Jr. Miss Perry County 2010 Phoebe Smith were crowned at the pageant Monday evening at the Perry County Fair. Doerr, 16, is the daughter of Darren and Wendy Doerr of Du Quoin. She was sponsored by All About Hair. Smith, 14, is the daughter of Bill and Marilyn Smith. She was sponsored by Barr Trucking.

Doerr was also voted Miss Congeniality and Miss Evening Gown. First Runner-Up in the Miss Perry County competition was Jayci Jeremiah, 19, Du Quoin, daughter of Janice Jeremiah, sponsored by Frank Deaton/ State Farm Insurance. Jeremiah was also voted Miss Interview. Samantha Schneider, 18, daughter of Kim and Bob Schneider of Pinckneyville, sponsored by Schneider Swimming, was voted Miss Swimwear. Kaylee Lewis, 18, daughter of Larry and Staci Lewis of Pinckneyville, sponsored by Perry County Market Place, was named Miss Commercial.

First Runner-Up in the Jr. Miss Perry County competition was Samantha Steely, 14, daughter of Catherine and the late James Steely of West Frankfort, sponsored by Victory Lane Auto Sales Inc. She was also named Miss Congeniality. Chacy Sizemore, 14, daughter of Amy Wright and Brant Sizemore, sponsored by Ed Wright Building & Remodeling, was the Second Runner-Up to Jr. Miss Perry County.

The Little Miss Perry County 2010 Pageant will be held Tuesday evening at the Grandstand, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
