Juvenile Suspect in Stephens' Murder to Be Tried as Adult

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[On Monday August 2, 2010 the juvenile suspect in the homicide of Sidnee Stephens was transferred from juvenile court into adult court. The transfer was conducted at a court hearing Monday morning in Perry County Court.

The third suspect, Robby Mueller , 15, of Pinckneyville, was charged with one count of first degree murder and one count of first degree murder (accountability).

Mueller was incarcerated in the Perry County Jail and ordered held without bond.

The investigation is continuing. No other information is available, according to Sheriff Keith Kellerman.
