New Band Stand in Keyes Park On Du Quoin Council Agenda
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Du Quoin City Council meets at 6 p.m. tonight in regular session. One of the items is a presentation on the proposed new band stand for Keyes Park and fundraising efforts to accomplish the project.

Ordinances
Ordinance 2010-O09-01: An ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus real estate and awarding the sealed bid for property located at the corner of Poplar and Oak Streets.
Ordinance 2010-O09-02: An ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus real estate and awarding the sealed bid for property located along Walnut Street between Perry and North Streets.
Park Board-Gene Gross-Pavilion update and request-vote on issues related to the funding of the proposed pavilion.
Approve to rescind the condemnation order on the property located at 1594 S. Washington Street.
Approve the nomination of Larry Underwood to the Du Quoin Library Board of Trustees
