Chester River Rats will celebrate their 28th reunion

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Chester River Rats will celebrate their 28th reunion at the Chester VFW Post on September 25, 2010. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. by the VFW?post members.

The River Rats get together annually to renew old friendships, to share pictures and stories of their experiences growing up 'Under the hill by the river'. This strong bond has brought the River Rats together since 1982, when they had their first reunion.
