Man charged with threatening a public official; telephone harrassment

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ On Tuesday, September 21, 2010, the Chester Police Department executed a search warrant at the home of 54-year-old Jacques Cleiman. The search warrant was in connection to an investigation in to threatening phone calls made against Randolph County Sheriffs Office personnel. Members of the ILEAS Southern Illinois Response Team Region 9 & 11 assisted in the execution of the search warrant. Cleiman was subsequently arrested and charged with Threatening a Public Official and Telephone Harassment. Cleiman is currently being held in the Perry County, Illinois Jail.
