Road closure

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[CHESTER - The Illinois Department of Transportation announced IL?Route 3 at Mary's River in Chester will be closed starting at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 7, 2010 and continuing for two days through Friday, October 8, 2010. The road closure is necessary to allow the Union Pacific Railroad to rehabilitate their crossing.

A marked detour will be in place to safely guide motorists around the closure.
