St. John Youth Group holdslock in

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ St. John Youth Group of Chester held a lock in on January 16 with the youth group from Immanuel of Perryville. Held at St. John Parish Hall from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., sixty-one teens played a variety of games and enjoyed pizza and assorted snacks. The devotional film, "The Rope" was shown followed by a discussion of focusing on Jesus and not being tempted by the distractions of life.

The energetic teens played various "get-to-know-you" games, board and card games, basketball, jump rope, and dodge ball. Quiet time came around 4 a.m. when the group watched the inspirational movie, "The Ultimate Gift." Breakfast was served before the tired teens and adult chaperones went home.
