He was born to Earl Gene and Peggyann Jessie (nee: Stirnaman) Helmers on October 17, 1960 in Red Bud, Illinois.

He was the manager for Sides Metal Recycling of Chester.

He was of the Catholic Faith. He was a member of the Chester Eagles Club Aerie #3252,

Preceded in death by: Father - Earl Gene Helmers and 2 Nephews

It was Earl's wishes to be cremated.
