Emma Steffens Buckham, 90

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Emma Steffens Buckham, 90, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011 in Danville, IL. She was born January 13, 1921 at Chester to William and Emma Heob Steffens. She married Dwight Buckham and he preceded her in death in 1970.

Emma was a homemaker. She is survived by three sons: Dr. Richard (Barbara) Buckham of Bremerton, Washington; Robert (Gwendy Garner) Buckham of Chester; and Rodney Buckham of Danville. Additional survivors include two sisters: Virginia Hardt of Minneapolis, MN and Juanita (Herrell) Pyle of Vicksburg, Mississippi; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold Steffens, Bill Steffens and Paul Ray Steffens; and one sister, Dorothy Kostant.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 2 at Sunset North Funeral Home in Danville with interment in Sunset Cemetery in Danville.
