Jack Lazenby
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Jack Lazenby, age 82, of Pinckneyville, Ill., passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 5:10 a.m. in Touchette Hospital, Centreville, Ill.
Jack was born on July 25, 1928 in Pinckneyville, Ill., a son to Troy and Eula Mae (Jones) Lazenby. On July 18, 1947, he married Mary Ann Holloway in Pinckneyville, Ill. and she survives. Jack was of the Christian faith and worked for Illinois Power for 38 years until his retirement in 1989.
Jack is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Lazenby of Pinckneyville, Ill.; three sons, Mike (Joyce) Lazenby of Marissa, Ill., Steve (Beth) Lazenby of Pinckneyville, Ill. and David Lazenby of Spokane, Wash.; seven grandchildren, Troy, Joe, Billy, Craig, Matt, Ryan and Sara; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harry (Olive) Lazenby of Garden Grove, Calif. and Jim (Sharon) Lazenby of Pinckneyville, Ill.; a sister, Pat Agee of Metropolis, Ill.; brother-in-law, Lyle Robb of Murphysboro, Ill.; several dear nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Sarah Ruth Robb; one brother, Cecil Lazenby; brother-in-law, Tom Agee and great-granddaughter, Hope Lazenby.
Funeral services were held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckneyville, Ill. and at the request of the family, services were private.
