The Indians ran for 302 yards in the game, more than double the Falcons' rushing total of 140 yards.
Johnston City's 73-yard opening drive, consisting of a dozen run plays, ate up 6:10 of game clock in the first quarter before Johnson reached the end zone for a 6-0 lead.
The Falcons went three-and-out on offense on back-to-back possessions, allowing the Indians to secure the ball at the E-T 35-yard line with 10:28 on the second quarter clock as the battle of field position swung Johnston City's way.
With 8:45 to go in the half, quarterback Levi Tanner found Grant Montgomery for a 22-yard touchdown and a two-score advantage at 14-0.
Just when Elverado-Trico got something going in the second quarter on a 12-yard run by Dalton Porter for a first down, consecutive false start penalties pushed them back to a first-and-twenty at their own eight-yard line before eventually punting on fourth-and-nine.
Johnston City led 28-0 at the break after tacking on long touchdown runs from Josh Woodhall (27 yards, 2nd 5:05) and Johnson (29 yards, 2nd 3:01), then piled on a touchdown pass from Tanner to Dalton Husch from 15 yards out late in the third quarter to extend their commanding lead.
Tyler Grigsby scored on a three-yard run with 11:43 left in the game for the Falcons' first touchdown, then Wade Bowlin scooped up a fumble and took it 65 yards for another E-T score as time expired.
Behind Johnson's monster game, Jon Stroud had 77 yards on 15 carries, Woodhall had 43 yards on 4 attempts, and Jory Kee carried 7 times for 27 yards.
Tanner was 5-for-9 passing for 50 yards, and picked up 4 yards on his only rushing attempt.
For the Falcons, Porter topped the century mark rushing with 123 yards on a dozen carries. Alex McGill (12-6), Kenny Loos (3-2), Brian McClanahan (2-4) and Grisby (3-5) also carried the football for E-T.
McGill connected on 2-of-6 passes for 14 yards.
The Falcons (1-3) are at Vienna on Saturday for a 1:00 p.m. road game.
