Event of the Day

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[The Du Quoin Evening Call event of the Day for Friday, September 30 is Celebrate Recovery with Perry County Counseling Center, 3 to 5 p.m. at 1016 S. Madison St. in Du Quoin. Free entertainment, food, prizes and community support information. Games include a bouncy house, face painting and bingo. Du Quoin Fire Department will have a firetruck for the children to see and will provide fire safety tips. Local law enforcement, Perry-Jackson Child Advocacy Center and the Du Quoin Library will be present.
