Treasured Memories Recognized as Rep. Costello II's December Good Neighbor Business of the Month

December's Good Neighbor Business of the Month is Donna Barnhart and Treasured Memories. Donna has been a huge supporter of Chester Schools by being a destination for all of Chester's student athletes and families to pick up school gear. Alongside her business, Donna has supported countless youth programs and fundraisers in town. The impact Donna has had in Chester is most evident by the number of pictures former students send to Treasured Memories, a testament to the amount of people who have benefitted from Donna's commitment to the community. This has all made Treasured Memories more than a business in town - it is truly a cornerstone of Chester pride. Treasured Memories is located at 918 State Street in Chester.
