</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Coy W. Mott, 90, of Chester, IL, passed away at 1:50 am on Friday January 27, 2012, at Chester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chester, IL.
He was born to Peter and Nellie (nee: Stafford) Mott on March 14, 1921 in Brownfield, IL.
He married Dorothy Leverett on July 3, 1942 in Jackson, MO. She preceded him in death on April 22, 2007.
Coy was a retired Correctional Officer at Menard Correctional Center.
He was of the Baptist Faith and was a Veteran of the Army Air Force during World War II. He also enjoyed gardening.

Funeral Services were held at 11:00 am Monday, January 30, 2012 at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home, Chester, Illinois
