Lynette Renae Ragland

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Lynette Renae Ragland, 42, of Du Quoin, passed away at 6:12 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.

Lynette was a homemaker and had worked as a cashier for eight years at Wal-Mart. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

She was born on Oct. 13, 1969 at Pinckneyville, Ill., the daughter of Harry and Laura (Hirsch) Jones.

She married Brandon M. Ragland on Nov. 17, 2001 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Du Quoin and he survives.

She is survived by her husband of Du Quoin, one son - Kalin Michael Bridges of Du Quoin, one daughter - RyLee McBride Ragland of Du Quoin, father and step mother - Harry and Susi Jones of Valier, step father - Jim Pfleger of Florida, father-in-law and mother-in-law - Jeff and Sharon Ragland Sr. of Tamaroa, four brothers - Donnie Gatez and wife Tammy of Chester, Jonnie Gatez and wife Sheila of Percy, Bryan Gatez and wife Angie of Portland, Ore. and Brian Pfleger of Atlanta, Ga., one sister - Renee Hurt and husband Tim of Du Quoin, brother-in-law - Jeff Ragland Jr. and wife Jessica of Sesser, sister-in-law - Mary Jo Bathon and husband Robbie of Tamaroa, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother - Laura Pfleger.

Funeral services were at 11:00 a.m., Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 at the First United Pentecostal Church in Du Quoin with Pastor Michael Fleming officiating.

Friends called from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday at the First United Pentecostal Church in Du Quoin and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday.

Burial was in the Paradise Cemetery at Tamaroa, Ill.

Friends may make memorials to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
