Colors Edge joins Right Track Truancy effort
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Colors Edge Beauty Salon in Chester recently joined the Right Track Truancy Program effort to improve school attendance. Pictured here (Left to right) are Dr. Jim Beers, Chester District # 139 Right Track Truancy Coordinator, Jennifer Lochhead, Owner of Colors Edge and Bill Reynolds, Regional Office of Education Truancy Alternative Specialist. Beers and Reynolds were in Chester to recruit businesses that would help support efforts to improve attendance at Chester schools. Moral support is all that is asked of local businesses in the fight to get kids in school. An occasional phone call is also appreciated from businesses that see students that should be in school. Each business that joins the effort receives a Right Track window sticker to show support and to let the community know that the effort is under way. Any business that is interested in joining the effort can contact Beers at his District # 139 offices (826-2302 or 826-2354).
