Sgt. James Cissell, of Evansville deploys

James Cissell, of Evansville is pictured with his wife Angie, daughters Cori, 12, Courtney 14 and son Cody, 2, after his deployment ceremony on Tuesday, February 21st at the Sparta Army National Guard's Fire Station. Cissell has been a volunteer fireman since 1992 and is second captain for Evansville's Fire Department, he serves as the 662nd's lead firefighter/crew chief.
