MISSING MURPHYSBORO MAN

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[On March 6 at 10:07 p.m. the Chester Police Department received call advising of a vehicle parked on the Chester Bridge with its flashers on. Upon arrival police checked the abandoned vehicle, a silver 2011 Kia 4 door, which is registered to a Philip Jobst of Murphysboro. The Chester Police searched the river and contacted family members and friends. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Philip Jobst is encouraged to contact the Chester Police Department at 618.826.5454
