Mary Ann Murry

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mary Ann Murry, 67, of Lake of Egypt, passed away at 5:20 a.m., Sunday, March 25, 2012 at her home.

Mary Ann had been a homemaker. She was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in West Frankfort.

She was born Oct. 22, 1944 at Du Quoin, Ill., the daughter of James and Helen (Koss) Martin.

She married Lloyd Keith Murry on Sept. 28, 1963 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Du Quoin and he survives.

She is survived by her husband of Lake of Egypt, three children - Tracy Morgan and husband Heath of Baltimore, Md., Cindy Maples and husband Rusty of Evansville, Ind. and Father Trevor Murry of West Frankfort, three grandchildren - Tasia Carroll of Carbondale, Silas Morgan and Cole Morgan, both of Baltimore, Md. and one brother - Michael Martin and wife Connie of Albuquerque, N.M.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial was at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Du Quoin with Father Trevor Murry officiating.

There was no visitation.

Burial was in the Sacred Heart Cemetery at Du Quoin.

Friends may make memorials to American Cancer Society or Masses and will be accepted at the funeral home.
