Williams Elks All-Sports Honoree; Du Quoin Welcomes Hinson to SIU

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[SIU football signee Brandon Williams was named Du Quoin High School's Outstanding Senior Athlete of the Year at Wednesday night's All-Sports Banquet at the Elks Lodge No. 884 in St. Johns.

The 65th Banquet was headlined by guest speaker and newly named head coach of the Saluki mens' basketball team, Barry Hinson(right) Other award winners included seniors John Galik, Tim Mabrey, Jon Boss and Cayle Diggins, as well as "fan of the year," journalist Jeff Profitt.
