Du Quoin to Interview Four for the Position of City Administrator

The City of Du Quoin has received a total of 35 applications for the position of city administrator and mayor John Rednour and finance commissioner Rex Duncan will interview four of those applicants in hopes of finding one to fill the vacancy of the late Blaine Bastien.

The newspaper understands that one of the applicants is from Southern Illinois. One is from mid-state Illinois. The other two are from out-of-state.
