Trick or Treat in River City
<span class="userContent"><span class="userContent">The Chester Chamber of Commerce would like to invite your business to participate in our first "Trick or Treat in River City" on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. We believe this IS a great opportunity to get families into our business districts. Over the years, several "haunts" in town have become favorite spots for the children to trick or treat, so we hope our event can be a fun and safe evening for</span></span> all.
We would encourage you to distribute candy or treats of some type during the trick or treat hours, which have been set by the city from 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. If you really want to get into the "spirit" … dress in costume! If you wish to participate, please contact the chamber office by October 12th so that we can include you in our advertising for the event. We will also be recognizing the best "Creature from the Chamber" that night from among the participating businesses.
