Helen Lucille Zettler

Helen Lucille Zettler, 75, of Tamaroa, passed away at 12:45 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.

Helen had been a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Rebecca's.

She was born June 9, 1937 at Du Quoin, Ill., the daughter of John and Hazel (Cook) Swallers.

She married Robert J. Zettler on May 28, 1955 at Du Quoin, Ill. and he survives.

She is survived by her husband of Tamaroa, three children - Brenda Gray of West Frankfort, Gary Zettler of Tamaroa and Heather Zettler of Tamaroa, one brother - Bud Swallers of Du Quoin, eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter - Kathy Zoller, one son - R.J. Zettler and 11 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin with Rev. Ted Clark officiating.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Monday at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.

Burial will be in the Old Du Quoin Cemetery at Du Quoin.
