Jamie Lorene Furlow

Jamie Lorene Furlow, 33, of Du Quoin, passed away at 8:35 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 at the Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

Jamie was a member of St. Johns United Church of Christ in Du Quoin.

She was born Jan. 29, 1979 at Carbondale, Ill., the daughter of Lester H. and Mary E. (O'Rourke) Furlow.

She is survived by her parents of Du Quoin, three brothers - Sean Furlow of Claredon Hills, Ill., Jason Furlow and wife Rebecca of Du Quoin and Blake Furlow and wife Sarah of Du Quoin, her maternal grandmother - Lorene O'Rourke Ellis of Du Quoin, one niece - Ryann Furlow, two nephews - Eli Furlow and Wyatt Furlow, aunts and uncles - David O'Rourke and wife Kathy of Du Quoin, Steven Furlow and wife Elaine of Christopher, Deanna Wheatley of Du Quoin, Gary Furlow and wife Debbie of Highland, Ill., Jeff Furlow and wife Ruth Ann of Du Quoin, Walt Furlow and wife Nancy of Fairview Heights, Ill., Karen Oxford and husband Jim of Du Quoin and Susan Bishop and husband Tom of Du Quoin.

She was preceded in death by one brother - Dustin Wade Furlow, her maternal grandfather - James O'Rourke, and paternal grandparents - Ray and Rebecca Furlow.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin with Bro. Kurt Jensen officiating.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin.

Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Park at Du Quoin.
