Du Quoin 2013 little league registration is Saturday and Sunday

Du Quoin Baseball, Inc. will hold its annual summer baseball and softball sign-up this Saturday and Sunday, March 9 and 10 at Du Quoin City Hall.

The sign-up times are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and from noon until 4 p.m. on Sunday.

The cost is $45 for the first player in a family and $15 for each additional player in the same family. A child must be at least age 4 to participate.

Umpires and concession workers for the season are invited to sign up, as well.

The summer program allows approximately 400 boys and girls to learn and improve their skills in baseball and softball.
