Du Quoin school board election signs bloom

Du Quoin Board of Education candidate signs are blooming across the community. There are six candidates for three incumbent seats on the board. The candidates are incumbents Mike Ward, Joe Day and Charles "Beaver" Rice and three new candidates Aaron Wright, Pat Ferrari and Dennis Cole. There are no signs up yet for Wright. Local voters go to the polls on April 9.
