Paula J. Wade

Paula J. Wade, age 54, of Carbondale, Ill., formerly of Pinckneyville, Ill., passed away on Monday, Aug. 19, 2013 in Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Paula was born on Jan. 15, 1959 in Pinckneyville, Ill., a daughter to Gerald A. and Joan L. (Bommerscheim) Miller. On Aug. 17, 1984, she married Charlie Wade in Draffenville, Ky. and he survives. She had worked as a bus driver for Jackson County Workshop for the developmentally disabled for over 10 years. She liked camping, the outdoors, animals, traveling and Nascar.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie Wade of Carbondale, Ill.; a son, Michael Wade of Du Quoin, Ill.; and two sisters, Jane Miller (Jeff Mann) of Vienna, Ill. and Julie I. (Gale) Opp of Tamaroa, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial visitation will be held at Pyatt Funeral Home, Pinckenyville, Ill. on Monday, Aug. 26, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
