Done Deal! Pinckneyville hospital board to approve bonds on Monday

The Pinckneyville Community Hospital Board of Directors are poised to approve an agreement with construction manager Robins Morton to oversee the building of a new hospital facility just off White Walnut Road in Pinckneyville at their 7 p.m. meeting on Monday.

Robins Morton will give a presentation on the guaranteed maximum price of the new facility.

Also on the agenda for approval are three resolutions. The first two are for $9.5 million and $8.5 million bonds with USDA. USDA guidelines require the bonds to be done in two parts.

The third resolution is a $4.999 million loan from AgStar Financial Services. The AgStar loan rate will be held for 45 days. If the loan moves to $5 million, the rate can be held for only three days.
