Glenn Grosse

Glenn Grosse, 86, of Waterloo, Ill. passed away Monday, Dec. 9, 2013 at Waterloo.

He was born June 7, 1927 in East St. Louis, Ill. to Louis A. and Lydia K. (nee Killy) Grosse Sr.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service Friday, Dec. 13 at Quernheim Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home in Waterloo with Pastor Dianna Kuhnert officiating. Interment will be in Waterloo Cemetery.

Survivors include his daughter, Julie Grosse and her partner Nancy Grosse.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Louis A. Grosse Jr.

Mr. Grosse was co-owner of Co-owner of Echoes of the Past Antiques, a former member of Monroe County Board of Review, former bank director at Commercial State Bank of Waterloo, a graduate of University of Illinois and a member of Lambda Chi Alpha.
